Teacher Training

“Why are you becoming Teachers? Because it is the highest status in a human life. It is elegant, it is excellent and it is very, very, very, very, very fulfilling.”

Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga

Level 1

Level 1 is to become an instructor. This is a 220 hour professional training course regulated and internationally is internationally regulated by KRI (Kundalini Research Institute). This includes classroom hours, your own 40 day sadhana practice at home, 20 Kundalini Yoga classes attended and homework assignments. Attendance at a day of White Tantric Yoga is also a prerequisite for certification.

Teacher training is an experience of personal growth and transformation through which you are offered support, guidance, challenge and encouragement.

Level 2

Level 2 training is organised into 5 modules. They are called Lifecycles and Lifestyles, Stress and Vitality, Authentic Relationships, Conscious Communications and Mind and Meditation.

These modules are available to Level One certified Kundalini Yoga instructors. However, attendance without this qualification may also be possible, though attendants without Level One will not receive a certificate.

Level 3

Level 3 is a further level from here, currently being run and developed in Europe and USA.
